I plan to stay idealistic. If the guy doesn't wait for me, he's gone. I've found them before, and that is the type of guy I plan to marry, why date the other kind?Quote:

Bullshit.
Stop using tradition as an excuse here. You obviously know nothing about dating and dining etiquettes and trying to use your definition of tradition to get a free meal.Quote:

Just tell him that you want a sugar daddy. He'll pay for everything then. :P
This shouldn't be hard. He is asking you on the type of date he wants to go on (bike riding). When you are hungry, you tell him you are going home because you are hungry. If he asks you to go get a bite, then you tell him you are broke. He will either pay for you, or he will make another plan. Once he pays for you (if he ever does), you will be in a good position to reciprocate by saying - hey, last time YOU bought dinner, so how about this time I bring some sandwiches on our bike ride? if he never offers to pay for you, then you can assume your future with him will NOT be based on mutual generosity.
BTW - I think it is nice you wait for a relationship to have sex. Thanks for not contributing to the rising STD rates. :)
You know, I'm not here to be insulted by you. If you're not going to say anything helpful, leave me alone please.Quote:

you don't know what you're talking about Lesa, Fras would pay for her and expect anything in return.Quote:

Indignant, are those the only type of men you have dated?Quote:

I've had plenty of men buy me dinner without me sleeping with them. Gifts, too - although I haven't accepted them if I wasn't interested in a relationship. Quality guys don't expect anything more than your good company if they ask you out.
No duh, it's clear this isn't the kind of girl you feed and f*ck, so any expectation to get in her pants by buying her pizza would only set one up for disappointment.Quote:

Y'know, for someone who posted a thread on not judging people, you have a very closed minded approach to people and relationships.
Not everyone lives in Russia.
Or California, either.
HEY! I live in California, and I agree with YOU, Frasbee!
Sorry.Quote:

I meant Los Angeles*.
I don't intend to insult. I think what Vashti said was excellent. Sometimes I can be extremely harsh so that it will stay forever in the memory. You sound like a classy woman and I don't want you fall in the path of women who behave as I described in my above post.Quote:

You take offense so that's a very good sign that you are not the type of woman to use a man like that. Apologies and I hope you keep what I said in mind for future references. :)
