Restorative Yoga - This class will guide you through a series of restorative poses, which are deeply relaxing poses designed to reduce stress, tension, and fatigue. Props are used to support and comfort your body, open your chest, and gently stretch your hips, back, and neck as you rest in the poses. You will emerge from this class restored, renewed, and ready to face the new week.
Yin Yoga - Come experience a deeper level of body mind and spirit in this concentrated and and languishing practice. Holding the poses longer allows us to work deeply into areas that we don't access everyday giving us new insights and understanding to our habitual holdings and postural habits. Dive deep and clear the body of tension and resistance and infuse yourself with calm and prana.
