I think the marriage forum is good. Some people who are married want input from other people who are married, or have been married, not some college age kid who has no idea.

Even college age kids can comment and give advice in the marriage forum. All it does is separate marriage issues from other general issues, anyone can still comment.Quote:

Anyway, I think it would be better if it were at least a sub-forum of the general Love Advice forum, instead of being isolated at the end of the page. Marriages are relationships, they should be discussed in that section.
Well, ya, anyone can comment. But I think OP's are looking for advice and angles from people with real life experience. Same reason I don't post on teenager threads. Ya, I was a teenager, but the dynamics are different now with social media etc. Even though I like to think I'd give solid advice, someone closer to their age with experience is a better source.Quote:

This would be a good av for you, searock:

Er, this was completely not my point. What I meant to say is that the fact that there is a separate sub-forum for marriage issues doesn't imply that only experienced people will comment on such issues. So I don't quite see the relevance of your statement (which btw I agree with to an extent) with the matter at hand (the existence of a separate sub-forum).Quote:

Why that image? I'm not very familiar with the Scooby Doo charachters, but wasn't she the dumb hot girl?
Tbh, I didn't even know there was a marriage forum until I saw it now, out on it's own. I like it, but either way it's not going to bother me.Quote:

If it wasnt for me, your olympic thread would be dying on its arse.
Fine, listen to steve, take away the avatars on threads. Just know that i wont be oppressed, by you, steve or any other bigot.
I think the poster who started the thread should have their avatar showing, if anyone's must.
I also don't like that I can't click directly to this thread's last page because some jack posted pics of cartoon characters. >:(
Because i browse on my phone, with adding avatars in the thread list it messes up the formatting meaning thread titles are messed up and i can't see what forum they were posted in (i just click 'show new threads' when i use this site)Quote:
