I also went through something similar. She was my best friend, my life revolved around her.

Still love her, but I had to break it off. It hurt wayyy too much. Now I am finally getting over it. ;)

Forgive her. I think you are finding difficult to leave her. It takes years to build up trust and any relationship. Don’t let it go like this.
If she is feeling Guilty, You should learn to forgive. You are not Dumb. Forgive her. If relationship works from here, you will always be proud of your decision else it hardly takes 1 day to end up any Relationship. Just do what you want to do.
