Thanks for the link Indi. And your last response will be the reason WHY I continue to just keep eating and not do the cleanse! Chris has done several fastings and I just can't do it. Ok, I don't want to do it. I did have a healthy lunch at Sweet Tomato's today. Nice salad! I love and enjoy food way too much. At least I though of it doing it right?;)
Hey Squirrel, no I'm not gonna ask why. This cleanse isn't for everybody. I only do it 1-2 x a year. The irony is that I hate lemons, lol.
I like it (tho I complain) b/c it makes my skin look really great & its breaks my caffeine addiction. I don't like being addicted to anything, so its a way of controlling that. I doubt it does much healthwise for ppl who eat healthy to begin with.
There are other forms of cleanse, btw. Raw fruits & vegs only, fruit juice only, water only (yikes). Really, its just a type of fast.
My friends took me out to a Turkish restaurant. It was my first time trying the food and it was delicious!
I love the food of that entire region. Especially Lebanese.
I am eating my head
Does it taste good? Do you eat the hair too?Quote:

Just had a glass of oj. So good.
Indi-I'd really like to do something of that nature, but I'm not as committed, so I give you a ton of credit and my husband too.
Well, take it easy on the hair consumption:Quote:
