nah i dont take any pills steriods or suplements and is this omat to worry about coz i ahve a lot of throwing knives in ma draw i like to get a few when im on holiday anway i woke up this morning i opened my draw to grab my wallet picked up one of my knives and actually considered slittin my wrist or throat then i dropped the knife an cried ............... that how bad its getting . i hate myself so much i want to die
