He was too old for you, anyway.
was never paranoid. He tells me he is away for the wknd, I believed it. Hence, my total shock seeing him back in town with another girl when he was meant to be away!!!!
He doesn't love you. It's time for you to accept it.
I reckon he's dodged a bullet.
I've accepted it. Just 2 weeks after he said he did love me, said he wanted a future.
First time relationship for me, maybe a bit niave to believe what he says.
He is just doing to you what he can get away with... at least until you stop letting him. Live and learn, my friend.
wow does it hurt though. First heartbreak.
here I was worrying about flowers when i should've really been worrying about whether he was tellign the truth.
finally... now don't go crying about your next bf not buying you things, there is so many other concepts that could be on your mind, why waste it on the materialistic things in life.Quote:

The first time is the worst, but you will learn to be a better judge of character. It is one of the few advantages you get with aging.
I feel bad for her.
My little sister is going to be on a cruise on her birthday. I tried buying her a package thing so she could swim with the dolphins but they sold out :(
that's so sweet ): i can't even get my brother to call me.Quote:

maybe he spends too much on the dates you are having that he doesnt have the money to buy you a decent gift,i mean for me,if i would buy something for a girlfriend,i would buy her something expensive and not settle for something mediocre for her taste for the reason that i dont want my gift to be laughed at.Quote:

Well, dollface, he wasn't the prince. He was just a minor character in the first chapter of your Book of Love. Call it a lesson learned.
And remember, the lesson is not that men aren't trustworthy, because that's not true. It's about having good judgement. That takes a long time. You'll probably have your feelings hurt again, but you'll learn something every time.
You are one of the few people on this forum that is not running around with their head cut off. I admire you.Quote:
