Traffic Stop.
Officer: (hands a half ounce of purple kush back to me)
Officer: "Sir, please find a creative way to dispose of this."
'Nuff said!
The reason why medical mj isn't legal is because of poilitial reasons...not scientific research. The Supreme Court urged congress to reclassify marijuana. So that it wouldn't be a a schedule one drug. The Departement of of Health and Human Services (HHS) has refuse to do this for congress.
This is because THEY are in violation of the Data Quality Act. A federal law that requires such agencies to make decisions based on science, not politics. The ASA has concluded that HHS violates the data quality act's utility and objective standards because those statments do not reveal the data on which they are based, ignore opposing peer reviewed scientific results, AND HAVE BEEN CONTRADICATED BY NEW DATA!
Yeah, sounds like some really legit Doctors who have been studying medicine for 72 years. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM??????
