Let's talk about what we are arguing again. Personal experience has almost nothing to do with this. Except that I can say when in Europe, I saw about 1 black person for every 1,000 black people I see in the US

You said Europe has a lot of black people. That is laughable. Very laughable. Detroit is over 80% black. Cleveland is around 50% black. Rochester is around 50% black. Cleveland and Rochester have average sized black populations for an American city

These are demographic facts that cannot be argued

Find me a European city that has more than 10% of its population black. Just 1.

LOL, you have GOT to be kidding me. 11% of London is black. Hey, at least you found a European city with more than 10% black population!

You call that a huge population of black people? For the US, that would be TINY for a city

I said none at the same time I said Italy has Tunisians and Algerians. Clearly it was an exaggeration to reflect the miniscule minority black population of Europe

Examples: the jewish quarters, the japanese-american camps, etc...

None of us are really arguing anything meaningful here... just whether or not 5% of a cities population is considered huge
