As for Doppel... I believe there is some credit to what he says... feminism seems to have succeeded in many aspects and seems to occasionally run into that vague area of pushing more for dominance than equality.
Vashti has some merit in that feminism isn't meant to push for dominance... just equality, so that it's likely that those who hunger for dominance may be extremists, aka feminazi's.
My own views on the issue is that unless the job specifically requires physical strength as the deciding factor, any job should be fair game between the genders.

Why do we even have last names, anyway? I guess people are too stupid to invent new names. Frankly, I'm surprised we don't have numbers instead.
So how does it feel being be the only one amongst your friends who is going to get married? ;)
Or you could do what they did in the Jennifer Government novel -
Change your last name to that of the company that you work for. John Nike. Violet ExxonMobil. Hack.
Interesting fact : some Asian cultures - like the Malays and the Burmese - do not practise using family names.Quote:

The Malays typically adopt the first name of their father as their last name; the Burmese may use part of their father's, mother's or other ancestors' names as part of their own.
Tough luck trying to plot their family trees !! :)
We do. Social security numbers. The only identification that really matters.Quote:
