Here's my plan of attack: I'm going to marinate it all night in the fridge then at 7am or so tomorrow I will throw it in the crockpot on low heat...and just kind of let it go all day. I think we'll eat around 7 or 8 tomorrow night. You think low heat in the crockpot all day will be ok?
It should be... but I usually cook it in the oven. But crockpot meats always turn out tender, so you should be fine.Quote:

Im just about to go out for dinner with my bf. were going to an italian. Tomorrow I have loads of stuff to do at home and sunday im meeting friends for lunch. Pretty chilled weekend really.

Sorry for the questions. I love to cook/bake but am a perfectionist and want to knock my bf's socks off.
I get a lot of free stuff through my job. It's a nice perk. I was invited to a posh restaurant for meals on the house. I'm taking three ladies. Yes, three. None is my girlfriend. Shh.
Nothing tonight...I'm spending all day tomorrow with my gf...I think she wants to go shopping...yay!...Sunday night we are going to see some bands that are doing a charity concert for someone we know who was burned in a car wreck...a few of our friends are playing in some of the bands to.
Be alone at home like the last 10 days... probably play some videogames, and I think I have a project due 2 months I haven't started.. may have to start working 10hours/day if I want that honor mention
Please do something for me...go out to a bar you like...or if you don't like one pick one that looks nice from the outside...go in and toss back a few of those confidence boosters...I'm a rum and coke man but pick your poison...find a moderately attractive...not the most attractive, moderately attractive woman in the room and talk to her...if all goes well invite her back to your place and use your imagination.Quote:
