My Contest Prep
hey guys, sorry I've been away for a while. I've been really busy with work and vacationing in Colorado for a week. I noticed this section and wanted to liven it up by creating a thread to let you follow my transformation as I prepare for a bodybuilding contest. Feel free to leave comments or ask me any questions. The contest is scheduled for Oct 3.

Are you wearing tighty whiteys?
-
no, I'm a boxer briefs man all the way.
-
Speaking of which, why do you never post your legs? Do they not count in your contests?
-
-
I haven't posted any leg shots b/c they are difficult to take a pic when I'm holding the camera. I will include some next time.
-
Don't shave, please.
How was your vacation?
-
I have to shave. Body hair blurs the muscular definition. Plus I like the feel of skin on skin contact :-) I had a good vacation. Went hiking for a week on 2 different mountains, both of them 14,000+ feet. I left Colorado with a nice 'little' souvenir.

That looks like a mountian bike injury. What did you do - slip down a rock?
-
-
It's not SO bad - I think I can see a bit of granulating tissue growing in there. It will heal quicker if you keep the wound bed moist. Might leave a scar if you pick at it, though.
-
how in the hell did that happen? i've been hiking thousands of times and i've never gotten injured that bad.
-
I slipped on a wet rock as I was trying to get out of a rainstorm while stranded on the side of a mountain. The injury you see is not a scrape (as in a bike accident) - the force of the impact when I fell split the skin on my shin right open.
-
Did you get down below the fat layer?
-
you mean there's fat in there?
