When a relationship ends it is a form of loss... and like any loss of something or someone close, you will have to almost grieve for it. These dreams are just manifestations of your thoughts and feelings at this time --- a way of expressing them. As you keep moving onward from this, staying busy and realizing that there is a life after all of this... your dreams will start to change as your feelings do. This will just take some time and a little work, but it can be accomplished.
What I am about to suggest may sound a bit off kilter..but consider it if you seriously want to feel better.
Ever had feelings of bisexuality? I have always wanted to kiss and do other stuff with another guy...a hot guy. Like a dude with blond hair tanned and a smoking good body.
When I break up, and throughout my relationships with girls, I watch gay porn and the thought is always in the back of my mind that if it doesn't work out, I could have some hot men to have fun with in my life.
Basically, you need to replace your sad thoughts with something else...and taboo gay sex does the trick for me!

It will pass, you have to keep yourself busy and keep your mind away from it. Prepare for it, you will have occasional dreams or thoughts, just be ready to look past them.
Its been 3 months and woke up last week in a nightmare like state b/c I dreamed I saw my ex with another guy. It happens, you live to see another day.
I had the opposite, almost like a premonition. A few days ago I dreamed that my boyfriend split up with me. I told him about it and said it felt like the worst pain I'd ever felt and I hope it would never happen. He smiled, kissed me and said it won't. And yet just over 24 hours later, that's exactly what he did. It hurts a hell of a lot more than it did in the dream...
WTF!?!?! Dude that is not right.. You make me sick..Quote:

Why? What's wrong with a man being attracted to another man? I'm surprised that homophobia is still so prevalent in this the 21st century, be a bit more tolerant. If he wants to be with other men, why does that affect you? I bet you wouldn't be complaining if this was a woman saying she's attracted to other women and likes watching lesbian porn, would you?Quote:

You're grieving, GF. Give it time. Take something to help you sleep if its affecting your work (not too much booze, just one shot, if that's what you choose).
I take it you two are not going to reconcile, then?
Yeah, it happens to me too. I've had trouble sleeping the past few nights. My heart always beats extremely fast and I have this nauseating wretch in my gut when I think about whether or not she is with another guy.
It'll pass.
Well I was considering that, but I changed my mind when she chose to bring new father figures into our daughters life. That's not something I tolerate.Quote:

Everyone is entitled to their own feelings and opinions. Peptobismol works wonders for nausea...Quote:

Not much you can do about the introduction of new father figures into your daughter's life when you and her mother are no longer together. You need to focus on what you do have control over... your influence on your daughter's life... you are her real father and nothing in this world can ever change this.Quote:

Thats awesome bro!! You know, I used to think that I was one of the few bisexual people in my cirlce of friends. Not anymore. I took a survey recently and it showed that 40% of all males have "bisexual tendencies"Quote:

Most of the men on this forum are either bisexual or closet gay. I think this is something that we should embrace because we can use it to our advantage when it comes to women. If they think they can use sex to their advantage, ha! we will turn right around and start sleeping with each other and having way hotter sex.
Godfather, I hope your feeling better. Keep your chin up bro!
^^haha..well i am most definitly one of those guys.
man you guys are all coming out of the woodwork now
I used to think the same thing... though in my case, I probably am the only one..:(Quote:

A man isn't suppose to like another man, a man was made with a penis to enter a women's vagina, not to sword fight another dude. I'm actually very homophobic, whether they be female or male I don't agree with it, so yes to answer your question I would be complaining if a women said it. Thank you.Quote:

This thread has turned homo, literally..
Hahah. A British friend of mine just did a survey and found that 100% of Americans are twins, based on all of the Americans he knows.Quote:

Kind of like Lester Burnham's Marine corp. neighbor in American Beauty.
I hope you accept yourself and find peace and love in your life.
A man can like whoever he likes, what business is it of yours who people sleep with or fall in love with? A gay / bisexual person can't help who they're attracted to any more than you can.Quote:

I wish I could be more like everyone else on this thread and ignore your sick and intolerant comment.
By the way, 'women' is a plural, like 'men', there is no such thing as 'a women', that's like saying 'a houses' or 'a mice'. Whilst you're learning not to hate people, learn to speak properly.
I reckon it's probably higher for women. From my experience, women seem more able to see when another woman is sexy or pretty or whatever than men can with other men, and women seem more comfortable with physical contact with the same sex; kissing and hugging their girlfriends for example. I actually believe that most people have bisexual tendancies, whether they admit it or not. If it's on a scale of 1 to 5 where heterosexual is 1 and homosexual is 5, I bet most people will be somewhere between 2 and 4. I'd probably put myself on a 2.Quote:

Homosexuality has a genetic basis, Ransom. You don't have to like it, but it does seem to have some kind of evolutionary benefit else (for obvious reasons), the trait would have died out.Quote:

Dolphins, monkeys also exhibit homosexuality in their societies.
You don't have to like it. It doesn't need to be your preference. But if you don't want to discuss it, there are tons of other threads on this site. Get out of this one.

Agrees... got beat up A LOT in high school in the shower rooms... tried to not look, couldn't really help it. Finally just started getting dressed in the stalls. Even then, they would try to beat me when I came back out..:(Quote:

Not sure where I'd be on the scale... but I'm just as apt to find women attractive as men... and feel equally drawn to both.Quote:

I feel very sorry you experienced this. There is no excuse for what your were subjected to. I would have reported this to the police and the school principal. If no action was taken that school would be named after me in no time!Quote:

Well then you should go and meet your ex wife. That would stop all the dreams. For further advice, write to mssrelations@gmail.comQuote:

Why do you care? I understand how it might be offensive if another male hit on you and continued to do so after you expressed discomfort, but beyond that, why are you at all concerned with another person's sexuality? I find it very bizarre. I know this is becoming cliche, but it really makes me wonder if maybe you feel this way because somewhere deep down you're somewhat attracted to males. Why else would it even register in your head?
Eh. This whole nature stance is a very poor way to defend bigotry. Nature has rigged a whole series of pitfalls to prevent us from overpopulating and spreading like wildfire. We negate most of these through science. If you really are so concerned about staying true to nature I suggest you turn down any and all medical treatment. I also suggest that you give up all forms of transportation beyond your own two feet. Oh, and start growing your own food. It isn't natural to just walk into a store and buy a loaf of bread or a slab of beef. Nix that. Don't grow food. Go out and pick berries.
Losing the person you love isn't just a break up. Your losing your best friend AND your soul mate. But look at the cause of the break up. Ofcourse your hurting, and it will for sooo long. I was tortured with dreams of my ex boyfriend after our break up, I'd wake up and sob my heart out till i couldn't cry no more. Then cry myself to sleep. But they WILL go away one day, maybe you should see your doctor. You seem depressed.
All the best, you seem an amazing person. You will find peace one day. xxx
