Dude you are pretty much stuck with the way you are. You have to trained yourself to cum fast since you were a kid. You are programmed to not last....you screwed yourself.

The ussual advice is to masturbate before sex so you can last longer. But I think thats BS. Better do it in the girl as many times as you should until you can last long enought. Also please girl first so she wont care how long you last.
Edit: Yeah good idea about condom. Wear two or so and it will make you less sensitive so you can last longer.
Sorry to say that even after an orgasm, I would be disappointed to not have good penetration, but girls your age will probably just be grateful to orgasm once.
Personally, I think you should wear a really THICK condom in addition to learning how to delay your gratification. Life is too long to suffer a subpar sex life.
