What are you guys looking forward to this summer?
I'm about to fkn kill myself(not literally, lol) from stress at school, i really need a vacation, even a quick one would be amazing. Thankfully if the weather doesn't decide to shit on my parade in may i can plan a beach trip with my bf. It's been almost 2 years since i had any kind of vacation or get-away....i'm so burnt out...
I'm going to EUROPE baby!
I'm gonna dance with some english boys, and then dance with some irish boys, and then pass out from the sheer fun of it all.
It's going to be. AWESOME.
Damn i am jealous, i can't get outta this damn country for maybe another year so i have to settle for the beach instead. Better then nothing. lolQuote:

I don't have anything big planned, no money for that!
But I am going to get dropped off with my bf next weekend at Steilacoom (WA) and hike up along the beach and cliffsides to Point Defiance Park. Its about a 6 hour hike. It will be an awesome challenge/workout ^_^
i'm looking forward to... get high, drunk, and most of all hang with the chicks! it's the end of my high-school career in about a month in a half, i'm def going to make this the summer of my life, nothing can stop me!

I am looking forward to nailing people with paintballs this summer. I went a few weeks ago (before all of the nationwide rainstorms) and beaned a guy right in the forehead, and shot the same guy twice in the chest the next game, lol. After years of saying I would I finally got a ghillie suit. It is ON!!!

I just got it and I want to use it SO bad that I've literally been dreaming about it, lol. The place I go to has four separate paintball fields plus three speedball fields (all outdoor). The largest field has a castle in the middle complete with sniper towers, and woods all around. It is so big that it takes a few minutes just for the other team to walk to the other end before each round. Hoping to go tomorrow.
I'm looking forward to saving up some money for a new car, so I am programming for PBS and doing a remote web design internship on the side. I'd like a 2009 Jeep Wrangler with a hard top. After getting stuck in that blizzard in March, I have second thoughts about driving my Ollllldsmobile to its grave. I'd like to take more road trips in the future, so I will need a dependable vehicle.
Programming for PBS? What would that entail exactly? Either way it sounds like a big deal, so congratulations.
I will be trained in radio and television broadcasting operations as a programming technician. That means I will be monitoring TV shows and radio transmissions while they are on air to make sure nothing goes wrong, and a couple of other manual operations. It's an easy job, and also kind of important, but it doesn't pay very well because PBS is losing government funding.Quote:

It's a good thing I fiddled around with radios when I was younger; I have certification for ham radio already and some experience doing this sort of thing, but for shits and giggles. At least it will be a fun and easy going job.
