Sharknado. Given it was a made for tv movie but shit..****ing stupid as hell.
i never watched that one, but heard about it. it looked like cheesy crap and lots watched it, i thought i heard it did well in the ratings, that's crazy to me.
i hate all those scary movies. 1-100 or however many they vomited out.
It did. They're actually made a second one, if you can believe it. Blew my mind. I agree with you on the scream movies. Was never a big fan of em anyways.
The Lone Ranger with Johnny Depp was pretty awful as well. Which hurts me to say since Depp is one of my favorite actors..
Taken 2 was below expectations. Paid good money to see it in cinema and it wasnt even about fighting like name suggests. Instead it was average action movie with old man with shaky hands in leading role.
Johnny Depp was awful in Alice In Wonderland too, that movie blew as well.Quote:

Inside Llewyn Davis and Nebraska were awful to me too, both were filmed in b&w and were so BORING, if I had the choice of re-watching both or killing myself I would kill myself.
Pcmaster: Taken 2 hurt to watch. The first one was dope..such a disappointment.
Hatesthis: Agreed. He hasn't made the best of movies recently but idk. Still think the dude is magic.
Added to that list, Samuel L Jackson and Nick Cage as these guys aged something happened to either their acting chops or their taste in scripts. They both have acted in some gawd awful movies in the past few years.

Julia Roberts movie.. Mirror Mirror was awful too.
^True
Cage annoys the **** out of me. He has one expression. Which is a mix between confusion and constipation.
Deep Blue Sea with Samuel L Jackson was shit. But I have to watch it everytime it comes on tv haha
Haha on your reaction to Nick Cage he has sleepy eyes like Stallone has....it makes the viewer of their movies want a blankie and a soft pillow when we watch em. * tears up old action stars in this thread ~ rip * Plus they are mumblers too >_<
Lol on "have to watch it " .. the power of Jackson compels you!
Lakeview Terrace sucked...
Damn that one sucked so hard haha.Quote:

Oh shit what about Snakes on a Plane? That was probably one of Jackson's worst.
It's a tossup for me between Titanic and The Hobbit: An unexpected Journey.
Titanic was 3 hours of fantastic cinematography, so-so acting, and a horrible script.
The Hobbit... Peter Jackson is a great film director, but he's not a better storyteller than Tolkien... and had no right embellishing the story beyond all recognition.
Snakes on a plane was bad, pulp fiction, however, was a great movie by S. Jackson.
HeartIsAching: The Hobbit was pretty much a joke. I was a huge fan of the book and was stoked when it came out but was kinda like "uh what the **** is this?" through the whole movie. They kept like not even 50% to the book. I mean what the hell? Messed up.
Chinagirl: Pulp fiction is badass. One of my favorites.
Exactly. .Quote:

good will hunting. stupid and obnoxious bullshit movie.
I agree on Cage. The Rock, Ghost Rider, Snakes Eyes weren't winners either.
Worse movies anything Steven Seagal's was in. Seagal makes me think of Seagull and all they do is shit on everything [ both create shit ]
I actually really loved The Rock, but that's because of Sean Connery's character. Haha "Losers always whine about their 'best.' Winners go home and **** the prom queen."
But I agree about The Hobbit movies. They stretched it so much to try to milk that cash cow so much that they ruined it. Seriously, three movies? It should have been two, at the most, and respectful of the book.
And am I the only one who can barely stand James Woods? He ruined Straight Talk for me and almost ruined Contact for me...
But speaking of terrible movies...
Maximum Overdrive
anything with Steven Seagal
Cocktail
Six Pack
Dakota
Black Swan
The Black Dhalia
Rowen Black Swan is actually much better when you look it for second time because you know whats coming understand the movie better and dont feel so crazy as the main actress.
PC, I would believe you if I hadn't watched it three times. haha I hate it still.
I was looking at Jackson and Cage movies the other day and found this hahahaha... the worse of both together in one stinker. I never watched this OBVIOUSLY, lol but who wants to watch it and critic it here? hahaha no hands up for this one.

It was actually ok to watch back in the day
To be honest I never find anything for myself in Kill Bill movie. watched it like 10 minutes or half an hour and just couldn't find anything interesting.
Did you actually watch it before, lol? Re watch it all again, pc and rate it, both actors... I'm not watching it because I know it won't be to my taste. But I lol'd at it because of the convo on both in here previously.
Breaking the whole Cage/Jackson thing we got going but have to name this one.
Are you ready for it?
....Glitter.
Need I say more?
Yes I did watch it before but it was years ago dont remember it so well. I just remember that it was okay to watch. Not a masterpiece but a watchable movie. I rather watch something new instead of watching this old movie again.Quote:

Haha Rowen is going to take the bullet for us, it might have a few laughs the photo looks funny. Curious if you rate it above a 5? Eagerly awaits.
Pc said above it was an okay movie to him, watchable at least.
Nico, is Glitter, Mariah's movie? She shouldn't act for real, methinks. Should stick to cleavage shots and booty short shorts in vids and let us hear her beautiful voice instead.
gigli with jlo and ben affleck. yuck lol
Hatesthis: Yup. Idk what it is with artists think they need to act as well. That shit needs to stop.
So..umhey: Never seen it but just the cover of the movie looked like it blew
Haha, some of them can act, Justin Timberlake, Jon Bon Jovi, Will Smith, Cher, and David Bowie probably a few others. Britney, Mariah and Jessica Simpson can't act.
Touche. Will Smith is my favorite. I could watch The fresh prince all day. His last movie with him and his son was god awful tho.
I'll add that to the list ha
After Earth with Will and Jayden Smith. Cool idea. Cool effects. Horrible everything else.
The Hobbit book is pretty boring imo, I liked the movie better. From Cage's movies I really hated Knowing (WTF plot twists).
If you wan't to se something really bad take a look at I Know Who Killed Me staring Lindsay Lohan ;)
You should probably just kill yourself. :P
Didn't expect to get through with my statement in a Tolkien fans thread :) I'll die if I read another of his books :P
Worst movie ever made: Avatar. Worst movie I ever saw: The Hurt Locker.
I never saw Avatar. I was totally uninterested in "Pocohontas in Space".
Really?! You didn't like The Hurt Locker?
LOL! I think it was more like "Pocohontas" meets "Dances with Wolves"..
To quote Ebert:I hated, hated, hated, HATED this movie.
@ rowen did you watch that cage, jackson movie, lmao? any good?
@elino- i agree knowing was a shit movie. this isn't a tolkien fan thread i liked and hated some of the movies.
@ youngcosmo - i enjoyed hurt locker, what did you hate about it? style it was shot, acting, overall script? i thought it was funny that that year everyone thought cameron's avatar would take the oscar home and his ex wifes movie hurt locker took it. ouch, to cameron's ego!
Lol politics decided that she would win the Oscar. Politics also awarded it the Oscar. To me, it is an affront to deeper war movies like Full Metal Jacket and Apocalypse Now. It definitely fits the aggro war movie of today's aggro male, Rage Against the Machine-level political naivete. But I'm not that much of a negative a-hole anymore, so simply put: I have a problem with it on a personal level because it doesn't conform to my limited vision.
ok, i get you, and your beef with it now. it probably was politics that got it its win that night. but for me i think cameron needed that ego blow, i think he made avatar wanting the oscar. full metal jacket is a great movie, and i agree hurt locker isn't in the same league, but nonetheless a good movie.
did you like zero dark thirty, out of curiosity?
