You can't sleep with PMS? Is it the cramp? I have horrible painful cramps..try aspirin.
B4 having my kid it was the cramps, now its mood swings... temperature, headache, muscle pain is the least
Me and my ex would call it "hell week"...I tried my best not to make her mad or upset because it was like instant psycho bitch when she was on her period. She would have terrible cramps and mood swings.
I use it as an excuse sometimes, but the truth is I'm just a volatile bitch.
I never noticed any PMS. I act the way I do 24/7. lol
I also don't have the typical negative effects of PMS. Sometimes I may feel nauseous, but I'm usually the same as if I didn't have the period.
What!?! lol, I assumed Pears was a male. I thought male because of the thread with the car sport talk like drifting. Although the name is pears, my brain is still asleep.
Pears is a cute girl.
I'm a male who gets the period.
lol. It's possible in these days. Have you heard about the "man" who is pregnant? He was once female and had a sex change operation.
Yeah I read about it. It's freaky.
That is exact description of what i have been suffering....men dont take it into account.. i reached some thoughts of having an operation to remove the uterus .. after my divorce i have to wait else my new man may want kids.. who knows about the future..Quote:

Yeah, men suffer PMS all the time. *snicker*
I know, it's cheap.
women, did any one of you have a sugeested a medicaiton for it? or even following a certain system?
Just eat right, exercise, and sleep enough. I don't really know why other women suffer PMS. It's nothing, really.
I deal with PMS of varying levels. You should try cutting down on highly processed foods, high fat foods, and simple carbohydrates (such as sugar, white flour and white rice). When I do this consistently, I have fewer problems with PMS.
i dont take any sugar with my drinks at all...i dont like rice, only little bit of white bread .
Try whole wheat instead of white bread.Quote:

I never knew Illusional is a woman... this thread is directed to ladies...ONLY
I take Naproxen for my cramps, which is a prescription anti-inflammatory. Nothing else works anymore. The pain is so bad it makes me want to throw myself off a building. I don't get any other symptoms that I've noticed.....though that might be because all I can focus on is the horrible pain.
The doctor said it's because my body is telling me it's time to get knocked up. Yikes.
what is Naproxen?
I'm so glad that I don't have to deal with bitch week. When my gf has her period, she doesn't become a bitch.. she just gets more emotional.
I'll take emotional over bitchy any day.
My wife is the biggest bitch on her period.
Fixed.Quote:

You try the birthcontrol that at least gives u at least less periods? Or the new one they keep advertising about lighter easier period?
For a long time I used to think that birth control stopped the periods too. I didn't know it was used to just control the cramps and make a period more regular.

Actually, nowadays it can. Back when I was on the pill, my doctor wanted me to try this, but it freaked me out.
It's the GP's philosophy in the UK to put you on the pill when you have hormonal disturbance or irregular periods... it just put me to sleep and felt really bad the whole month.. stay away from the pill, condoms are still there..
Assholes! haha ...
Nah, I was a little pissed off ... but she does get in the worst moods when she's on it ...
But I love her all the same!
Don't you wish they could invent a way to stop the damn bitchy symptom during PMS?Quote:

a what and some midol?
and you wonder why men and women don't try to understand one another. it's because of people like you who try to set up a gender boundary.Quote:
