Right Girls - Give me Romantic Gift Ideas

I love the idea of giving a gift out of the blue to my lover. I'm a married man of 35 and she is also married - 40, so it cann't be big.

Some of the best gifts I have given her include.

Lovehearts. - Snuck them into her bag when she wasn't looking once. Texted her to say I love her when we left. Another text a min later to say I left a present in her bag

CD - Downloaded some tunes we love, burnt them onto a disk and sent them to her work with a red bow on

A 14 day diary - She was away on holidays and I wrote down how I missed her everyday.

Christmas Decoration - WHen she put her christmas tree up I got her and expensive Silver Decoration made and sent it to her for her tree to think of me everyday over christmas.

Right they are some of my better ones, I've done others like concert tickets, jewellery, parfume but they are boring. In short I'm stuck here for some more.

maybe you could get her a gun?

What is wrong with loving your wife and another woman. If you can seperate both loves you will be okay. Have been with this married woman now 3 years so I think its serious, but not serious enough to wreck our marriages.

I don't think anyone can concentrate on giving gift ideas for this situation so I hope you understand the perspective from the forum members. It sounds like a temporary relationship used to help 'remedy' the pressure of the marriages that is finally getting back on track, therefore you and her are the gifts. You don't need to give her anymore than that. Now that your marriages are getting back on track maybe you two can ease into a friendship type of relationship and letting it be so that the marriages doesn't accidently go back to negative.

okay toby. i'm not going to judge you because you're married and have a girlfriend on the side.

aside from all that, do you really think we're going to give you the best advice on a gift for your girlfriend? we're all worried about other things, like what we're going to get our significant others for their birthday, or other such things.

you know this person the best. telling us she's pretty and kind isn't enough to give us an idea about what she would like. there are regulars whose lives we know more in depth. for instance, bluesummers boyfriend likes golf. so if she asks us for an idea on a good gift, surely somebody would say, "well, what about some golf balls?"

so, if you're that concerned with getting a good gift, then get your ass to the store and do some looking and thinking.

Toby, the reason I don't want to help you is because you're one of the reasons that men have a hard time breaking through some woman's emotional shell. When your wife finds out and ends the marriage, she's going to be more guarded... because she trusted you completely and you ripped that trust right out of her heart.

You have to understand that this forum is not here to perpetuate behaviour that sends a lot of our members here in the first place....healing from relationships with people like you. I can't possibly sympathize with or help you when I'm here trying to console people who's spouses are using them and cheating on them.....it would be entirely hypocritical. I found it interesting that OP raised this question here. In my mind it's similar to someone creating a thread asking for best ways to mutilate kittens and then state that it's their life and wonder why there is resentment towards this behaviour.

Esentially what OP is asking is of a similar nature, he is asking for advice on how to best destroy lives of four people including his own, I find it very strange that he failis to understand why there is a resistance to that idea.

Do you have any kids? If so, the wife wouldn't be the only one who would be affected. I caught my dad having an affair and it pretty much messed up everyone and everything about my family. You really should think about the possible consequences of your actions. People tend to cheat because they're bored or lacking something in their relationship. If something's missing in your marriage, man up and either fix it or end it. Don't just fill the void with another woman - that's not fair to anyone.
