Depends on the break-up, if it was all done in order I'd get rid of it, but in the unlikely event that she had messed me up bigtime (e.g if she commited adultery, got caught and then ran off with the kids or some scenario like that) I'd probably consider doing something mean with it.
I can't think of why I'd want to tape myself having sex in the first place. But say that I had; I'd smash the dvd into little tiny pieces, or rip the film right out of the cassette and burn it. I don't need to keep physical memories of things like that, and I really don't need anything that could be used to blackmail me or humiliate me.
