karma?? that is such an ugly name... then again i don't believe in karma.
personally i wanted to name my girl if i ever had one "sora aoi" which means blue sky. haha a porn star actually gave me that idea.

I don't like how Karma is spelled Carma with a "C" would look so much better! But then there's no such name.. :bored:Quote:

Sora aoi.. how do you even pronounce that.. i hope you have a boy...:baby:
Me and the wife have decided to name our daughter Mariel ...
I like it ...
We had discussed the idea of one day having children... so naturally a conversation of possible names came up... I've always fancied the name Logan for a boy... and he's always fancied the name Mischa for a girl.
So if we were ever to have children... I think Logan and Mischa would be great names...
I'd like to change my name to Gottlieb.
Hahaha, that would be a great name. It'd really stick out in the phone book.
Personally, I'd do it for the prank calls.
Aloysius.
Or for a girl, Sylvia (first name of the swedish queen, though she's got german roots. Meh).
Chloé or Zara :D
What about Carmen and just say Carma for short? :)Quote:

as for sora aoi... it's pronouced soh-rah ah-oh-eeeee.
i'd much rather prefer a boy because he will be much less of a headache that if i were to have a daughter. i'd probably be protective of her.

You name your kid Carma and he/she will be teased and picked on for the rest of their life. I still prefer regular/typical shit like Greg, Tom, Matt, Carolyn, Ashley, Jamie.
^^^ personally i don't care for typical names. they don't stand out enough.
raverboy
That's the point. Clean and simple yet easy to remember.Quote:

you could name your son the same name as yours so that you'd never forget it.Quote:

right, I was talking about other people. I meet girls and when they have a normal name I will remember it. If they have a goofy ****ing name my brain will later toss it in the trash and flush.Quote:

I want something different that represents their cultural background.
I absolutely love MY name. I don't think my parents could've chosen any better......especially because I never went to school with another person with my name. I was always an original, even though the name was fairly 'basic'.
Well, my daughter's name means holy, but I'm guessing you are supposed to be the opposite of the meaning of your name(LOL).
I said if I were to have another girl I'd name her Amaiyah Marie {Insert Last Name here}. I think its purdy. Its pronounced Am-eye-ah
I hate all these trendy names, I don't mind unique but the idea of just making up a name so that your kid is "more unique" is so conceited in my opinion. There are lots of characteristics of a kid that make them unique, names are only one of them - it's the combination that creates the person. I like naming your children something in line with your/their cultural background but beyond that I'm pretty traditional about names.
I love the name David. There aren't a lot of girls' names I'm crazy about.
I really feel sorry for all the geeky parents who named their kid Gandalf back when the Lord of the Rings movies were released.
Oh, and while I find my own name to be so-so I really like one of my middle-names, "Julius".
ok, maybe carma's shitty.. (my mom hates it too (tho i like how it sounds and if this word didn't have an obvious meaning it would be a perfect name!!)) What about Cara???
Cara sounds too much like carrot.

I actually like the name Cara... it was a name my bf liked as well, but it was second to Mischa. Though he pronounced it (kar-uh).. not (cair-uh).
madison. Mia, Jaylin
Giorgio or evans would be nice
If I had another boy, I'd name him Jack. If I had another girl, I'd probably shoot myself. :D
cara is way better than karma...
but i kinda like jaylin.

Eva or Naomi for girl. Boy, Michael.

Madeleine seems like a nice name to me.
Someone earlier said they liked the name Sylvia, which is my grandmas name
I have an uncle named Augustino and I like that name. I also like the name Angelo. And if I marry an Italian girl I could name the baby boy as either
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ohXn8WKpYaA"]YouTube - George Carlin- Guys named Todd[/ame]
I like Annika for a girl I think.
I thought of a guy's name I really like the other day, but I forget. I really don't want to think about it too much, it's like willing myself to get pregnant. Yucky.
I wanna change my name cuz nobody can pronounce it right ):
