Hi there is this girl at work who i really really like. But it is
really hard to tell whether she is flirting back or being friendly. As
far as i know she is in a serious relationship, but she seems to act
differently with me than with other people. For example when i make fun
of her, she always makes fun of me, yet when other people do it, she
doesn't do anything. She is forever hitting me, and doing things to try
and annoy me. Am i totally barking up the wrong tree here, where as in
fact she probably hates me? Let me know

If she is in a serious relationship and flirting with you do you really want anything to do with her? What makes you think she wouldn't do the same to you?

I would try to find out about her relationship status---like if she is in one. Because if she is, then its pointless to go after her. She probably is flirting, but if she is already with someone, its probably playful flirting.

she's taken. although she may like you, it doesn't change the fact that she's taken. taken girls like other boys all the time, trust me. doesn't mean they'll leave them for you. sorry. i would move on...

Yeah, she's flirting. It's completely inappropriate and you have to ask yourself if you would ever be able to trust her if you managed to take her away from him.
