It's Alright to Talk About Sex

My Boyfriend says it's alright to talk about sex with your partner, if he has feelings or emotions towards it and wants to express them, he should be able to do so. But here's the thing, I have asked him to respect me and my beliefs, and I ask that he doesn't bring up how he's sexually frustrated, and he brings this up on and off as of late. Each time he brings this up, it hurts me, when all of the previous guys I have been with, never mentioned it, they respected it and never brought it up. I don't know what to do, but it hurts me when he brings it up. What to do?

I think we have already had this conversation. You both shouldn't be dating each other period. He keeps bringing it up in hopes to wear you down so you eventually give up. He isn't respecting you, and he won't stop, despite what he says. You need to breakup with him....or eventually he will anyways. He isn't going to wait for marriage, he is going to keep at it.

He doesn't have the guts to break up with me, because he wants us to work. He says if he breaks up that will be him giving up and he doesn't want to give up.

It's a losing battle and he needs to realize this. It's going to happen sooner or later. But this is something that you may have to get control of. If he keeps bugging you, then it's you who should just end it because he isn't honoring your wishes...

As they say, put up with it, or get the f out.

Yeah, as of lately he has been avoiding me because him and I fight too much.

Well I guess it's getting to that point then...........

Him and I will still stay together, because neither one of us has the guts to end it, and besides that we both want to work things out really badly.
