I have this problem sometimes I get really socially awkward whenever my crush is in the same area as me. I am generally really quiet and reserved. What can I do to improve myself socially and my social skills??? I don't want to be awkward around her. Also starting hitting the gym trying to bulk up and create a great physique for myself. I want her to notice me, win her over, and impress her someday.
