I want to start becoming less jealous and more trusting of my girlfriend

Hello, I am new to this site. I am just seeking on advice on how I can become more trusting of my girlfriend? It's a weird situation in my head. I know my girlfriend would never do anything to hurt me. I know she loves me, but there's just always something in my crazy mind telling me "what if" and that causes me to worry for no reason all the time. I also get very jealous, and I'd like to change that. I love her very much and I know she loves me too. If I could get any advice on this situation it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Give her some freedom for one and just enjoy it lasts, unless she truly thinks you are he person for her.

Be prepared for anything, and remember even married couples sometimes divorce.

Love is only about opportunity and chances you are given to make it work.

Enjoy some of your hobbies on your own or with friends, so that you have something to do, then trying to involve her all the time.

I can't tell you how to think, or how long this phase will last, but just be there for her.
