I have seen a girl on Instagram who I have had a crush on for a long time. I know that she is single but I don’t know if I should start to talk to her or if it is too risky. One of her parents are quite a famous figure in the UK also so I don’t want it to look like I am talking to her as a crazy fan or something. I just want some advice on this to know if it is a good idea to talk to her or just leave it. Thanks

no need to be afraid, just try. First talk something about her pics and appreciate the pic she take~to lower your awkwardness, then start talking something about you and her. The direction is to first be her online friend and bear in mind that not her boyfriend.
Just say hi and ask her something about herself, then give her a nice compliment....see her reaction, and take it from there.
yes you can start talk to her. there is nothing bad with it. if you think she feel comfortable with you then you can continue to talk otherwise you can leave it away.
Be completely confident about who you, hold the belief that you are worthy of it.
As long as you keep on having this mindset applied through your actions, you wont find any trouble approaching her
