dude...are pics of your body the only thing you take? ;)
no, why do you ask?
they only do so much, and plus you don't benefit unless you add weight and push yourself.Quote:

The rutines you posted are too complicated for me, I didn't know what most of them are. But really, what are the disadvantages of situps? And what are sets?
it takes a while though to build up physique. so many people think they'll lose "flab" in a month if they exercise every day and do a more-than-generous amount of exercise. some people can do that, but most others will be like "exercise is a b!tch" and stop. it takes a good while before your body becomes anything close to "grecian."Quote:

neoseminole, what do you do to keep yourself that trimmed? i would think cardio and good dieting, but how often do you do those things? i have muscle, its just that i want to get rid of fat...not necessarily weight.
i am not a fool.Quote:

the disadvantage to sit ups is they don't target your abs as much as crunches. A set is several repetitions performed one after another without any rest.
Lilwing, this training program might help you. And you should have a better diet, since it has 90% effect on your workout/body. ;)

Michael6084, right now I'm training for a bodybuilding contest. So I'm not typically this lean year round. I use a combination of diet, exercise, and supplements to help me lose fat. I eat every 2 hrs, stay away from sugars, consume 1 g of protein per lb of bodyweight, perform 30 min of cardio a day and take supplements such as caffeine, green tea extract, B vitamins, and carnitine.
