Um....she's got issues. She expects you to obey her command and answer even at extremely inopportune times? (job, while driving, doing god knows what other important things) You gotta sit her down and tell her what she should already know. Otherwise, prepare to leave the damn girl.

She's controlling and is upset when you don't obey. She also "punishes" you by not answering when you return her call. Dump her and find one that doesn't play games.

Us women are very emotional creatures, and we let our emotions get the best of us. She's hung up on you, that's why she's keeping tabs on you. Sometimes verbal assurance can really help the situation. "I'll answer you as soon as I get a chance, but when I'm at a meeting or am driving somewhere, I really can't answer. Please understand that I wouldn't purposely ignore you."
That is bull ^^. What she is doing isnt emotional. It is irrational, needy and clingy
The nest time you hear your phone ring and cant get to it quick enough, just ask any female closest to your phone to answer it for you until you can get to it. That should do the trick. That's what she's thinking anyway.
