ha ha ha, oh man. So many ways to respond to your post. I'll keep it simple since things like eating less food and exercising more are too complicated for you to think up on your own.
tape your mouth shut for a week.
Uh it may help if you posted your weight, sex, and age.
Along with stomach measurements, thigh measurements and height.

right there with 'ya. the skinnier thighs and flatter stomach you can get by going on a diet- and I don't mean no atkins or some other silly diet like that, I just mean eating healthy and exercising.
why the **** is LF not letting me make any posts longer than a few words?? this has been going on for a while now, I even PM'd LA. nothing. FINE! fine then, i'm posting everything in increments.
exercising means getting your heart pumping at least 30 minutes a day- walking/jogging/cycling are good ideas. don't over do it and hurt yourself, though.
eating healthy means cutting down on junk/canned/packaged meals and snacks, and focusing on getting natural, simple foods in the right amount.
I really, really wish I had a fat bank account and that my dog wasn't getting old.
I really wish i had something to complain about :surprised
Actually, can anyone help me see better? I wear contact lenses and STILL need reading glasses!!:mad:
