goverment able to access your computer

just looking up sources for my term paper and i found this:

Uh I knew about this for awhile as well as other things like how the government has a huge back door to the internet.

But unlike Frasbee, I do not like it at all. More because they can search my computer at will without a warrant.

Isn't that unconstitutional?

For the most part yes. But in this day and age where we have a President and his administration that does not give a dam about such things, I bet they do it a lot more than we think.
