Tks for the tweeking, everything seems okay this a.m. :)
On edit ~ Except the time zone: My time zone tells me it's 6:50 pm here on the site when where I am it's actually 11:12 a.m. ????
Absolutely!Quote:

1) LA, the time on the server needs to be adjusted very badly. For me, it shows 9:59 AM (GMT+10), but it's actually 10:19 AM (GMT-6). If you don't have root access (i.e., it's not a dedicated server), vBulletin has a setting in the admin control panel that will let you adjust the time that's found on the server.
2) Could you maybe force SSL? :D So http://www.loveforum.net -> https://www.loveforum.net? When people sign into the site, it submits their MD5 hash in plaintext, which is sniffable. I know for a fact that a lot of people here use the same password on LF as they do for other websites and their email addresses. (See my signature. lulz)
like I said, batten down your passwords, people. ;)
1. Timezone issue is still pending. We are looking into it.Quote:

2. Force ssl is definitely good & recommended. However, I notice mobile browser will prompt for 'warning' message about unsecure ssl. Anyone notice that?
I checked it out with my iPhone and iOS simulator:Quote:

No warning messages here.
A couple of times there was a warning about problems with the security certificate of the site in the last two days. I clicked continue and everything was fine.Quote:

Could someone take a screenshot of what this message looks like? I think what might be happening is that the browser is notifying you about an HTTPS website loading HTTP content, like my imgur signature.
[edit] Updated my signature to use HTTPS.
Hey LA, I think, to avoid newcomers double-posting their threads in different forums, maybe it would be better to increase the time limit for posting a new thread from 1 minute to 1 hour.
I like this idea - it could deter spammers too. Or what about limiting people to two new threads per day.Quote:

Maybe we have overlook this. This limit had been implemented.Quote:

Thanks you for your suggestion, kingz. :)
That's really odd. It works fine for me.Quote:

I definitely dislike the new "What's New" format.
^^^ It seems to all be working now except the time stamp. It's still way off.
Me too! However, if you click on "New Posts", you get the old "What's New" page.Quote:
