Hi!
Just wanted to share to you about rediscovering ourselves more to attain self-actualization.
I just joined a workshop and hopefully it is ok to plug it in here if you don't mind.
Being in the support group really helped me and when I attended this workshop, it boost more my confidence and being self-satisfied with what I have and live in the moment. It is really good and beneficial for us if we have to refresh our lives with a new and positive perspective.
