Is there anyway to get rid of bad breath??? I have a major prob with it and I do everything. I've tried brushing my teeth 10 times a day, altoids, certs, binaca...all the remedies but nothing has worked. My g/f hasn't noticed because the breath mints last for at least a little while but she's bound to notice soon. What should I do???
It could also be caused from a digestive problem of some sort. I suggest either visiting your dentist or doctor. The problem may go deeper than you realize. In the meantime, spearmint gum works for me.
true..brushing might help, but you'll need to floss and really take care of your teeth. also if you smoke that don't really help the situation. but talk to a dentist and learn about it. raverboy

it's nothing new to me... tic taks twice a week is what i buy, or sometimes i can buy them powerful certs, and they last for 2 1/2 weeks, cuz there's like 50 of em... but i went to the doctor, and they said breath mints are the way to go for now... when you're growing your stomach makes your breath smell, when you're done, if it's still bad, THEN see a doctor... also, if you're nervous, your body creates the odor... try putting the certs UNDER your tongue, and swallowing the minty spit, it helps... A LOT
