Ignore all his posts. His ISP is Spark in New Zealand. If you want to file a complaint, try emailing them and say that 222.155.56.18 is his last known IP address. Save images. But don't give up trying. Eventually, Spark will respond. Do not engage him whatsoever, no matter what he posts about.
