I need some advise, young love.

Hey, I'm an 18 yr old male.
Cleaned my mother's friends house. I saw family photo's of their daughter who is 16. I decided to look her up online a month or so later, remembering her, and found her on twitter. I've been following her for a couple of weeks and read her backposts. She seems really nice, even a little lonely. I want to
ask her out, but I hate doing that sort of thing online or on the phone. I also don't know anyone she knows so I can't get someone to introduce me. I've thought about stalking her and then "accidentally" bumping into her but that seems a little weird. She has a sister a year older but she isn't my type.
I don't know what to do without messing it up. I want it to seem natural. Any ideas?

Is sending a message like " Hey there, you don't know me but i've been in your room and seen pictures of you. You seem really nice, would you like to go out? ", too much?

Um, honey I'd go with "Hey, I saw your twitter and thought wow I need to get to know this girl. My name's ____"

And follow people that you dont know on twitter sounds kind of creepy.

And why do you act like that? If you know them why dont you just ask her parents
about her and let them know you like her.
