So there's a guy that I like but only if he talks to me I really talk back. Also when I see him I just ignore him because.....I don't know. What is he thinking when I do that? Does they mean I'm playing games or I'm nervous or ignoring him?

Who the fck knows. Ask him that. Talk sometimes first too cause its hard for a guy to initate all the time and he will lose interest quick if you dont be first to talk sometimes.
