I like a boy and don't know if he feels the same way

I like a guy who works in hospitality in a building near mine. I see him once a week and we're friends but don't have each other's phone numbers or anything. We know a fair bit about each other, nothing too personal. He's kissed me on the cheek before and always tells me I look nice, we flirt a bit but I don't know how he feels about me, if he's just being friendly, if he likes me too or only thinks of me as a friend. I'm too shy to say something because I don't know how he feels about me.
