Just from what you wrote I'd say she is interested. She is showing you that she is ok with initiating physical contact with you so that's a clear sign that she wants to take things further.

Be cautious when exes are involved. With an ex-partner there is definitely the chance that old feelings may come up. Just be aware of that.
