How to contact someone you've met before?

Hello everyone! I hope you're all well!
I met a girl maybe a year or so ago, and we got chatting because we had the same job (gardening, so not that common for a girl) I will admit I thought she was beautiful aswell and we had a lot in common. But I was very happy in a relationship, so although we spoke and her friends told me she liked me I was committed and stayed true to my girlfriend. Which made thing slightly odd between us on the very rare occasions our paths would cross.
I don't see her anymore and have no contact with her no number or anything. My now ex (3 year relationship) broke things off recently and it's tough so I don't want to be chasing every girl I've ever had an interest in but the girl in question is someone I wish I'd have kept contact with, even just because.
I have her on snapchat and I know her name so I could find her on Facebook, but is that just a little too wierd?? Should I just drop it?

You wouldn't be the first guy that contacted someone through facebook that they had happy pants for but couldn't act on it because they were in a relationship so just contact her and strike up a conversation... find out if she's single first so that you don't waste your time getting crushing on her if she's not free to crush back.
