Help A Girl Out: Is He Into Me?

Been good friends with this guy for awhile. Signs he might like me are:

He kisses my forehead often. Today I got multiple kisses on the forehead and for the first time, he let me kiss his forehead. He hugs me alot (he calls them cuddles) and buys me presents of things I like. (Books, cds, etc). He also pushes me playfully and tousle my hair alot.

He does not do this to our mutual female friend.
