What does it mean when a guy says he wants to have sex/be intimate with someone he likess/loves and not just anyone...,, on the surface the answer is obvious I want know is this a line a guy says to just get laid? Make a girl feel special

Um... we kind of need a little more detail to really give you a valid answer based on your particular situation. But, ask a generic question, get a generic answer.

If a guy says he only wants to have sex with a girl if he really loves her and not just have sex with anybody, then that either means:

A) He only wants to have sex with a girl he actually loves, and does not like to just have sex with anybody simply for the sake of having sex.

OR

B) He's saying that because he knows it sounds good, and that women often like that sort of thing, and he just wants to get in your pants.

Without knowing him, or more details, we have no context clues to tell you whether we think it is option A or option B.
