So I recently met this guy in my drawing class and we kind of hit it off straight away. Last time we met there we had a great time together and after we finished we then spent the rest of the afternoon together going for drinks and even did some sightseeing. I had no doubt that he was completely into me, mentioned he's single and dropping clues of how he would like to see me again/go out somewhere etc. In the end we agreed to go on a date and exchanged numbers. we texted a bit after that and decided what day to meet. After that he didn't initiate contact anymore, which I find strange. Surely if you like a girl you'd keep that connection flowing. Or is there some rule I don't know about, like don't text before meeting for a date?? :-D I'd just like to know whether this is something normal. I don't feel I should be the one initiating contact, especially if I was the first one to text to begin with?
