What kind of personality do guys usually want in someone though.

I am more of a quiet kind of girl though. It seems like most guys don't really like my personality though. I am sad about that. Do guys usually only want girls that talk more though. I don't know what to do ya. I just don't really know what to say when I am around guys though. Any advice would be cool. Thanks.

I think "multiple" is the kind of personality they tend to prefer. LOL! Okay, maybe that is just me because I want somebody who matches my crazy.

Honestly, the answer to that question varies for every guy. So, when it comes right down to it, just be yourself. Wouldn't you want the guy you wind up with to be somebody who likes you for you, not because you pretend to be something/someone he likes?

That said, if you want to do so, please do feel free to take steps to come out of your shell a little more. I would never advise somebody NOT to do such a thing if they so desired. As somebody who is RIDICULOUSLY shy himself, I can definitely vouch for it being a good idea to work on coming out of your shell and learning to be less shy. If you are able to do that, you may even be more likely to find the kind of guys you want to date who will, in turn, also like you for who you are. If you learn to be better able to SHOW people who you are, you'll be more likely to find the people who like you for it.

How do you do that exactly? God, I wish I knew. If you figure it out, please let me know. I will say this, though. Learning to be more social in general (such as hanging out with friends, taking on a hobby, etc.) can actually help a great deal. It can help you to develop your social skills a bit and be able to bring that as well into your dating life. Good luck to you!
