My Boyfriend and I just broke up this past weekend, so since the break up, I've had trouble sleeping, and part of me wants to go and look on his social media pages, and see what he's said about the break-up, because part of me is worried about him and part of me does miss him.
One of the things I did do, was go on a couple of dating websites to get my mind off the break up but it isn't helping much. I have already talked to a few friends about it. I have not mentioned it to my parents though, they are dealing with their own issues in life right now.
So what is it, the right and wrong things to do after a break up?
