I met someone online and it is only intended to be a friends kind of relationship although there was one odd thing in that she was seeking some guidance. I asked her about it and she agreed it to be unusual and would explain at another time.
She asked for my picture and I've sent it and when she sent her picture to me she was dressed quite provocatively and explosing plenty of cleavage. She was also curling her hair on one side behind her ear which I find attractive.
So my question is; is she just presenting an attractive and sexy side of herself or is she into me and wanting something more than platonic even though we've only emailed one another so far?

If she wanted absolutely nothing more than friendship - she would not send you such a picture. Now either she just wants you to like her to satisfy her ego OR she is indeed interested in romance. Only you can find that out based on your conversations.
