How much older is he then you? I assume the younger women at work is you, is he just a co worker or a boss? Is he over ten years more in age? What type of flirting or comments does he make, can you give us an example?

More than 10 years age gap yes, I'm in my late 20s. Just lots of work related compliments about my personality, says silly things like mild teasing and looks if I'm laughing, says I'm looking well (in what context I don't know), asks about me to other people. He's touched my arm lightly a couple of times when talking to me. Those kinda things.
