But from my experience I cope with my sex drive when Im horny by taking a cold shower everday(3 times a day if needed to) and going for a walk - like 1-2 hours. You might find it hard to go into cold shower but its easy when you turn warm water first and then after while switch to completly cold, besides in summer watrer is not so cold. I massage my legs and back under cold shower - helps with feeling less tired too.
Anyway food kills sex drive too. 5-6 meals a day helps. Sure also exercise, like manual labour or gym. Besides to not to jerk off you need a lot of communication with people and try not to stay alone.
With girls. Its important to go for the right girls, the one who are loyal. It takes 4-5 dates till you bed them. Whenever you are about to have sex with a girl on first date say yourself - What are you doing? God is watching.
I bet you are young and you have healthy sex drive. As older people say - "have sex as much as you can while young or later you will regret it." I say its better to have sex with the same person cause you have all your miles on one airline. Long term relationships helps you grow. Besides you can have regular sex like everyday or 3 times a night, like when girl wakes up and you are already in her. - Thats the benefit or being in longterm relationship. Of course if your sex life is healthy.
