Well I am self employed and I try to be a fair boss with my employees. If I learned anything is a happy employee is a loyal employee. I have been on both sides of the fence so I try to be a good boss. Not a push over mind you but fair.

hahaha alright something funny happened to me at work today. so i come into work and my manager asks to speak with me. it seems that a few days ago she was promoting a new promotion and they made a poster of her. she has put it up in the back of the restuarant and someone drew a mustache and beard on her.
now about a month back i had taken a picture with another coworker and a guest. i was the only one that had a mustache and beard so i drew one on the other two who were in the picture with me. being everyone knew i did it because i showed it off to me, my manager now brings this up to me.
funny, because everyone blamed for my defacing my manager's picture. it was kinda funny because it's something that everyone wants to do, yet no one did. funny that it would come back to me being the trouble maker i am. now i wish i knew who did it. it would probably make me laugh.
raverboy...this is just my perspective on the situation...

Guess what???
The BoSox are in town this weekend. This is the first time all season we sold out. Sad right? They had to do special ticket packages to even get the tickets. Its sad how horrible our franchise is
