Perhaps it's more proper if you know the girl who puts a quote like that. She's very attractive and when guys saw the quote like that, it made them want to flirt even more.

I loved to kiss girls with braces. Just another thing to play with while kissing.

i have never in all my days heard of braces being referred to as sex toys. they are most definitely the opposite.
personnaly, i hated kissing my boyfriend when he had braces.
but to each his own.If it's not broken, don't try to fix it.
