    New Years Resolutions...

I know someone has mentioned this is another post but I think it deserves its own.

Do you make a New Year's resolution?

If I did i would have to say that ....

from now on, MY LIFE IS IMPORTANT!

No more being pushed around to make other people happy. I WANT TO BE HAPPY!

OH you beat me to starting the thread! Oh well . . . here's my list.

    1) Workout routinely. Not just on and off.
    2) Learn all my scales/arpeggios on the clarinet and start working on the sax a little more.
    3) Take lessons on clarinet each and every week (it'll be the first time for me taking lessons! Woo hoo!)
    4) Have sex (cheap, I know, but I think by now I'm ready.)
    5) Save enough money for a new A clarinet (at 100 dollars a month I'll just about have it come december. And it'll be my new christmas present to me)
    6) Possible a new car, or just really fix up the old one.

That's it for me. Some easily attainable (if I can stick to it), some harder. But all in all a good list.

    Alexi

Oh yeah. 7) Achieve world peace.

    How could I forget?!

My new years resolution is to begin my pursuit of happiness.

I think I deserve it and that if I have my way, then within a year and a half things will be alot better.

2003 WAS AN AWESOME YEAR FOR ME! That's exactly what I've been saying yesterday at the party. First off I met my current boyfriend in March and even though January was a low key in the whole year, from then on things kept getting better and better.

Another good thing that happened is that I FINALLY GOT MY VISA TO THE STATES (2 years) and came out! I'm in a new country and I'm enjoying my stay so far!

Here are my resolutions: (making 'em up right now)

    1) Go out as much as possible (so far I've been out doing something fun every single day/night ever since I got here)
    2) Grow my hair out even longer
    3) Work out with my boyfriend at the JCC at least four times a week
    4) Get a job
    5) STOP OVER-SPENDING at Abercrombie!
I have it all. Including kino.

I've never made one but I'm planning on starting preparations for a big one next year. In the year 2005 I am going to resolve NOT TO SPEAK for the entire year. I'll type and write and stuff so you guys won't notice, but the phone will become useless and anyone who doesn't know I'm doing it will get really confused. It'll be fun to see how long I can hold out, and whether or not I'll even remember I was gonna do it by the time that time comes.

ROFL... nice .. I doubt I'll keep any resolution but I guess this time I just really want to make something out of it. So.. with that note.. Wish me luck.

For me-I'm with Jane, starting to make myself happy, and moving on with life. LEts just say that if I died tomorrow I want to know that everyone knew I was happy with what I've accomplished in life, make the dash on the tombstone actually mean something!
everything happens for a reason...beginning to wonder why.
