well i'm glad everything is okay. as for the driving, well it's the opposite here. we don't get much severe weather (besides heat of course) so when it rains, when it drizzles, people drive 10 miles per hour on the freeway.

We drive 10 mph on the freeway pretty much all the time since there are so damn many cars!
